Nate Tennant, Founder

Nate Tennant


With more than 18 years of international experience in creating and building marketing programs at technology companies, Nate was well equipped to take on the rapid changes that Google and other search engine based “inbound marketing” efforts have brought to bear on marketing departments the world over. A hands on entrepreneur, he spends much of his time poring over proprietary search analytics for Kirk clients and works constantly to develop sophisticated solutions and algorithms to keep pace with dynamic underpinnings of Google and other search engines.

Nate is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. He earned his BA degree at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. He enjoys music, hiking and spending time with his family.

Anoop Rohera, Founder

Anoop has over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing arena. He manages a team of Technologists, UI Designers and Search Engine & Social Media Experts. His recent focus is to understand various aspects of social & search media and turn clients’ online resources into powerful inbound marketing tools.

Anoop has been a certified user experience engineer, Salesforce consultant, Eloqua consultant & a website design expert. Anoop is an amateur off roader & photographer. He enjoys travelling India’s unpopular forests for a close encounter with nature & wildlife.

Erin Blair has been a sales executive for more than six years in the Portsmouth NH area. Before that Erin owned a small transportation company, women’s clothing boutique and custom home construction company on Martha’s Vineyard.

Erin has a data driven analytical approach to marketing and understands that in today’s digital space, creating leads and turning those into sales is essential to every client’s success.

Prior to joining Kirk, Erin served as VP of Business Development at Global Relief Technologies, where he developed partnerships between defense contractors and other companies to provide real-time military data that allows small countries to maintain their remote borders. Erin also worked with the Maine Forest Rangers to provide custom mobile software applications for real time paperless system in the field. While working at GlobaFone, Erin worked closely with NASA to install satellite communications equipment on the Liberty Star while in the Portsmouth Harbour. This live, real-time streaming with two ships hundreds of miles at sea was a first for NASA.

Erin is the commissioner of the local youth flag football organization and is a USA certified lacrosse coach.
